Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons (Halloween, Christmas, birthdays) processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping methods & delivery times
- Standard shipping: 7–15 business days (international)
- Express shipping: 5–10 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or postal services.
Shipping costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Promotional free shipping offers (when displayed on the site) apply to eligible products and regions only.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Customs & import duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue.
