Refund policy

We want you and your little dino fan to love every purchase from DinoForKids. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with this Refund Policy.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Non-returnable items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products that have been worn, inflated, used, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging

How to start a return

  1. Email us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item back within 14 days of approval. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or variant, contact us — we will do our best to arrange an exchange subject to availability.

Defective or wrong items

If you received a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund including shipping where applicable.
